Donation Policy

Draft for review. This policy is a starting template prepared for Fondation Alliancy Calice. It must be reviewed and approved by the board and qualified legal counsel before launch.

Processing and receipts

Donations are processed securely by our payment provider. A receipt is emailed when the provider confirms the payment.

Monthly gifts

Monthly gifts continue until you cancel. Contact us at any time to change or cancel a recurring gift.

Designated gifts

If you direct your gift to a specific area, we will use it for that purpose. If that need is fully met, we will use it where it is needed most within our mission.

Refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days.
